It is slightly pricy, as you may anticipate from a Shangri-la restaurant, but is a head above the rest.
Nestled inside the Meritus Mandarin Hotel, on Orchard Road, the International buffet at Triple 3 (the buffet restaurant) provides difficult competitors to Shangri-la and is an additional serious candidate for the Very best Buffet in Singapore title...
